Shipping:
Couches for Sale ships to all regions across South Africa. All in-stock items will be dispatched the next business day, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery takes place within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the process. Your shipping charges will be calculated and made known to you during the checkout process.
Please note, deliveries may be delayed during promotional periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery date.
Returns:
We at Couches for Sale want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@couchesforsale.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that the cost of returning the item to our warehouse will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ( maybe enter phone number and email address )
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 business days to process depending on your bank.
Exceptions:
Custom orders and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
